Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns:

• You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email heimverk.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your bank account.

Damaged or defective items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
